【「浮世絵現代」展@東博表慶館】

Robert Lazzariniは、モアレ（干渉縞）の視覚的効果を利用した絵画や、変形や歪みを特徴とする彫刻を制作するNYのアーティストです。距離を置くことで、描かれているもののシルエットが浮かび上がる、実験的でコンセプチュアルな作品を職人たちと木版画にしました。

Robert Lazzarini is a New York-based artist known for his paintings that incorporate moiré visual effects and his sculptures characterized by distortion and deformation. Together with our artisans, we transformed his experimental and conceptual work into woodcut prints, where the silhouette of the subject emerges when viewed from a distance.
